Seafood Mushroom Fried Rice
Ingredients:
• Seafood mushrooms
• Peeled shrimps
• Chopped Asparagus
• Eggs
• Steamed rice
• Salt, pepper, soy sauce, garlic, green onion
Directions:
1. Sauté the shrimp, seafood mushroom and asparagus.
2. Pour oil into pan and cook egg while slowly adding steamed rice.
3. Mix cooked shrimp, asparagus & seafood mushroom into egg & steamed rice.
4. Add salt, garlic, pepper and soy sauce to taste.
5. Chop green onion into small pieces and garnish.
