1. Peeled the skin of the nagaimo, diced into ¼ inch chunks.
2. Dragon fruit peeled and diced in ¼ inch chunks.
3. Strawberry cut into ¼ inch chucks.
4. 2 Tablespoons of lime juice
5. 2 Tablespoons of sugar
In a large bowl, mix ingredients and allow to sit for 10 minutes in refrigerator. Into every salad, a little nagaimo must fall!
